Most people would probably say Adpi. Tri delt doesn’t like to hear that but Adpi just has a ridiculously high retention rate compared to all the other sororities. Anytime they start to slip in the slightest they manage to somehow pull out an awesome pledge class that puts them right back to being untouchable. Kinda catty and I do believe they have a few issues internally but who doesn’t.

adpi is kind of consensus #1 and have been for a loooong time. Personally, I don’t see them being thaaat far ahead of the other top five, but they are the best. I think taking Yankees across the board has leveled the playing field a little bit but I don’t see this changing anytime soon. I’d say ddd after them, then kd, then axo/zta.

adpi is used to be undisputed #1 bc that’s how it’s been for years but they shifted with their new pledge class. they recruit heavily based on looks instead of finding girls that are all around pretty, smart, and nice. they have issues with cattiness and their new pc screwed them in the gpa rankings. they’re 100% the prettiest but not 100% the best house anymore

Funny bc they used to be the opposite. In the long run, this will hurt them because it makes them no different from the other top 5.

They are top bc they are hot and have some good “notables” but they are not very nice. Everyone knows that. With all the sororities taking Yankees, etc right now, things will start to balance out a little bit more though, I bet.
