help pleaseeeeeee

so I have a 3.1 and am wondering what my chances are of getting in next year. I have a 1700 on my SAT but am working to raise that and my gpa this year. I have over 50 hours of community service and have been involved in tons of extra curriculars. I know my gpa is low and I probably sound dumb but I've taken tons of honors and AP classes.. most of which I had lower B's. do you think I can get in next year? Carolina is my dream school.
