bashing

I'm so tired of seeing girls bash other sororities. Just because your are in a "top tier" sorority does not give you the right to bash other ones. In my opinion it reflects poor not only on you but your sorority as well. It also makes girls feel bad about which sorority they are in, like they are in a reject sorority when you refer to a sorority a middle or bottom tier. If you have a good sisterhood, a good attitude, somewhat philanthropic and are social I'd say you're a decent sorority. The arrogant attitude has got to go.
