frat rankings from girls perspective with reasons

For the guys planning on Spring Rush here’s some real answers with reasons from a group of sorority girls (we are in different ones tho and info has been written for the past few semesters for this)
(Historical Top)- Meaning if you’re from the south/count a gv house as a positive in your rankings:
KA, Snu, SAE, Kappa Sig
Girls still respect these, but show up less to these parties. Also the first three have bad tents/no tents in the frots. Still considered top tho and you will be respected.
Top- (Not in an order)
Chi Psi- Has the biggest house, has lit FAC if group stays open but let’s not worry about that yet, and a fun combined spot in the lots. Brothers are generally good looking, sometimes on the douche side and the 3rd floor reputation isn’t great, and aside from FAC they aren’t known for throwing parties a ton
Pi Kapp- Have saloon for their FAC which is also good, also have a house (but they are struggling to fill it according to rumors), good tent at the lots but after the wall happened it got worse, generally good looking guys, have some good parties girls will definitely go to
Upper Mid- (Not in an order)
Pike- This is based on a good frat lot spot (one of the three- Chi Psi/Phi Sig/Pike). Have a good reputation generally but girls don’t forget the slogan “Pike Spikes”. They still have girls coming to events, and throw some good stuff. Definitely can find some good looking guys which is important. Don’t look up their 2015 investigation tho... it was just an accident apparently, Hmm
Phi Sig- A name that’s thrown around a ton because it’s the highest frat that will consistently have lots of fun events. Not as many hot guys, but offers by the quality and quantity of events. Nicer guys, and not as hard to get a bid from because they aren’t all carbon copies of each other. Also don’t forget they are in the good group at the frots.
Phi Kapp- Not talked about as much, but definitely deserve the upper mid status. Girls come to their stuff and they have some good looking guys. If you’re from Baltimore then you belong here lmao. Decent at the frat lots.
Mid- I’m giving this to only one frat
Sig Ep. The definition of true middle. This is because how many people despise them and they really have no brotherhood but they also have a great frat lots tent and another portion of girls at usc love them. Not sure of the numbers but probably the lowest retention rate outside of bottom frats and we won’t bring up bigs sleeping with their little.

Y’all seriously be putting phi sig up there?? Maybe like 3 hot ones total and I’ve never had fun at an event with them.

So sae and KA chose for their tent to be where it is. Which is why it is always pressed to the very back. Snu tried to go out on their own or something and have a tent outside the lots so they weren’t allowed a spot this year.

phi sig is lower middle, phi kapp is mid, don’t rush sig ep, but otherwise this is a great description of the fraternity’s at USC
