Heard the some frats just pretty much hand out bids. Is this true? Is so, which ones?

DU, Phi delt, Dtd, phi tau

DU and Phi Tau yes, DTD and Phi Delt just colonized so there are actually some really chill guys in there. Sigma Chi should be back this spring, but they were good 4 years ago. Circumstances are different for every fraternity. Just rush and see what you like.
