zeta!? wtf. confused

So lmk in all honestly if you guys actually consider zta a top tier house. Would you want to join zeta? Do you hear good things about them? Does their sisterhood appeal to you? Somehow on this website everyone ignores the fact that zeta keeps getting ranked as top when they in the past 5 years have done spring rush multiple times and give snap bids year after year. How does that make a house good. They can never make nor keep quota because so many girls drop. They are constantly in hot water with nationals therefore functions are rare. Please let me hear your opinion because off this website nobody likes zeta

This is bs zta hasn’t done spring rush multiple times and they didn’t give out snap bids this year unlike other top houses they got a great pc this year so stop ranting bc they are ranked higher than you and let girls be happy in the houses they got

Zeta isn’t top because it’s not hard to get a bid from. It’s that simple. What makes top ones good is how selective/competitive they are and zeta throws bids at anyone with bleached hair and body odor
