yeah, be warned, xo has gone quiet last school year, which is good because they needed to shut up and take their humble pills, and phi mu self ranking like nuts (even worse the xo used to do) took some of the heat off, but if you see crazy posts about xo being everyone's top choice and crushing it, etc., not true... they've seriously fallen the last few years (still better than phi mu though, questionable between them and kappa / dz, though).
