Maybe, It depends on where your mom/aunt/grandmother went to school and how long ago it was. Most sororities will add the consideration that you are a legacy but I wouldn't bank on it for you to completely get in. You might get past first round but they also care if you are a good fit for them. So still try your hardest for every sorority.

There are so many legacies going through rush and houses can’t take them all. Hope for the best if you like these houses but don’t be surprised if you get cut.

DZ does care about legacy status. Our nationals really respects the tradition of it. Anything can happen though depending on how everything goes with your conversations! Just be yourself and be open to any house!!
