Top Tier: The chapters where you really fit in and are at home with the women there. You leave with a smile and excitement to go back. the gals you'd love to crack open a cold claw with and could see yourself dancing in pjs to Jonas brothers with.
Middle Tier: The chapters where you fit in only when you are being something you are not and are trying to impress but you will always have to act a way other than natural or you will feel awkward. they're fun and maybe represent one version of yourself, and it hasn't quite clicked yet, but you could see yourself making some friends and enjoying functions with them.
Bottom Tier: The chapters where you do not fit in or do not feel welcome -- and nobody laughs at your jokes. At all. They probably hate chipotle and don't think Parks & Rec is funny. stay away from the places that make you feel like you are hard to love!!!

Amen. Reading this site makes me sad. Just be yourself and remember that anyone who judges you based on what sorority you’re in is super shallow and small!!! Every sorority on campus is full of amazing and supportive women, and you can find your people for LIFE if you just keep an open mind!!!
