Because when you rush based on shallow things like money, ig, and looks to imitate top sororities, you end up with a random mix of girls who have nothing in common and drop because they never establish a bond

Exactly, there’s no denying they received one-two great pledge classes looks wise, but that doesn’t build any foundation for them to stick around after a year so a lot of them made their friend groups and dropped
