southern sororities/fraternities
by: SouthIf you see someone from the south in a northern sorority/fraternity, that means they’re probably weird. Southern girls don’t choose zta/axo unless they’ve been dropped from DDD/adpi/KD and southern guys don’t choose chi psi/pi kapp unless they’ve been dropped from snu/sae/ka. Northern sororities and fraternities attract yankies and southern leftovers

All the houses here are Southern. Over half the students here are from South Carolina and a large percent of the OOS students are from other states in the South, particularly Georgia and North Carolina. The yankees, mid westerners and west coasters are definitely in the minority but are mixed in among all the houses here. Pi Kapp has been here for over 100 years and Zeta was the first sorority on campus for god's sake.

So wrong it's funny. To start, Zeta was not first. Second, every house but the top 3 southern frats and kappa sig are majority people from VA or higher. Don't ask me to explain why because I dont know.
