chi psi vs du

I’ve decided to rush in the fall and my top two choices are chi psi and delta upsilon. From everyone I’ve talked to, they’re basically the exact same fraternities. Could anyone tell me if there are any differences?

Honestly the only difference I can think of is that Chi Psi has a house, other than that they are pretty much the same.
