There’s a reason it’s all bottom tier (there only two tiers here - good and bad / new in the last 10 years) fraternities, and especially beta... who is both bottom tier and new in the last 10 years.

The sad thing is the new frats try to drag beta into it. They do realize theyre all 5 years old and beta has been around since 2009 and even before that before getting kicked off. how do you think they afford a house?
