where do members live in non greek village frats?

I’m kinda retarded but like do they all live separately in a few houses or do they have one big house somewhere.

Most have houses were a large group od brothers live and they have parties. All the on campus ones have these too because you dont really party in GV. And since only like 6 of 20 frats have houses you better get lucky lol
