Depends on the chapter. Some chapters that recruit well have already made huge cuts. I will say that going into pref can have some big cuts because who ever makes it to pref will end up on either that chapter’s A list or B list and here people have potential of getting a bid. So only the people they are really considering will make it to this round. What this means is you may still have a full list going into pref, but be prepared if your top choices aren’t all there. It’ll all work out!

what does that EVEN mean? PNMs were supposed to receive a message? after round 3?
