ongoing bids

I know it's very risky, but if you don't like any of your house options right now, does anyone know how likely it is to get an ongoing bid?

There is no such thing as ongoing bids. There is COB SOMETIMES...but if you drop then you are not eligible

so if you go thru regular recruitment the only way to get a bid thru cob is if neither of the 2 you pref give you a bid? or there's just no way if you do regular recruitment?

I'm pretty sure if you go through the process without breaking any rules, ie being late or something, as long as you don't sign the MRABA after pref you're eligible for snap bids from chapters that didn't meet quota but have already voted on you from a previous round.
