WHY are these chapters so exclusive??? Half of my pi chi group got dropped from all three of these chapters and i seriously cannot understand why

Most girls usually want those chapters back so they have the luxury of making harsh cuts early. They expect by the end the girls who pref them will choose them over the other house. It's a risk, but usually pays off.
