I’ve have gotten all my recs in early but I’m just now realizing one of my family’s friends was a USC chapter president of a sorority I’m very interested in. Is it too late for her to write a letter of support?

Have her do it ASAP. There is nothing to lose. The worst that could happen is they don't consider it.

No do it! I know a girl who had a letter submitted the day round 1 started and she later heard it was considered. :)
