why can't i join?

I want to join a IFC fraternity house at UGA next year, but I don't know if I should waste my time rushing. Why do houses still want to discriminate against me because of my skin color? I cannot help if I'm "black," I am a good guy and think I would make a great addition to a house. Why are you guys so regressive and negative towards people who look differently than you? Why do you all hate me so much? What have I done to any of you?

You want to join a fraternity at UGA? Good luck with that -- you're in the wrong state. UGA would be in Georgia and you are currently visiting South Carolina. :)

Because, unfortunately, a lot of people in the South are still years behind in getting their heads screwed on tight enough. It all depends on who raised who. I am white but was raised to not see color, everyone is not that fortunate.

You are passing your OPINION as a fact. Your experience is yours and yours alone. I'm from Mississippi and while it's not super popular, interracial can walk around in my part just fine. We have class and are really tolerant for other people to live their lives. Thank you very much!

Just join, if you're cool enough you'll get a bid. There are plenty of IFC guys I know who are black. Depends on the org.
