rush week
by: helpWhen is the last possible moment I can drop during rush week without any penalizations? Can I still drop after bid day?

You can attend pref round and withdraw after the parties with no repercussions if you DO NOT sign your bid card (MRABA). You will remain eligible for quota additions or COB if you don't sign the bid card. If you do sign the bid card you will be obligated to that sorority until the next formal recruitment in Fall semester 2019.

So if you sign your bid card you are agreeing to accept a bid from the sororities where you attended prefs. If you only list one of the sororities, you will not be eligible to be a quota addition. If you receive a bid and drop anytime up to iniatiation, you have to wait until next fall to rush again. If you are initiated and then drop you cannot rush again.

Incorrect; if you do not sign your mraba card you cannot be a quota addition. Quota additions are pnm's who rank all their pref houses and still don't get matched before quota is reached. It is a failsafe for the pnm's who went all the way through to prevent them from going bidless. Not signing your bid card indicates that you will not accept a bid from any of your pref houses. You are not eligible to be a quota addition and certainly not a snap bid - those are for pnm's who did not attend the pref round. You are eligible for COB though.
