Sig Ep owns the AGD house, they just don't have enough guys to fill it so the alumni are waiting out AGDs lease which has 2 more years before they decide what to do with it.

all these butthurt kids complaining about beta because they couldn't get a bid. go back to being completely irrelevant uglies, beta will continue to do whatever they want, still get girls, and still have everyone below them hate them cause they ain't them.
