Nobody that goes to school here actually thinks Lambda is better than Beta. Between them and Phi Sig it doesn't even matter. Get off the hate train

Sig Ep owns the AGD house, they just don't have enough guys to fill it so the alumni are waiting out AGDs lease which has 2 more years before they decide what to do with it.
