What none of the other threads have mentioned is that within USC there is a really big gap in the tiers.
(Fraternities within Tier are in my order but change depending on who you ask)

-Sigma Nu, Sae, Kappa Sig, KA
-Sigma Chi, Pike, Chi Psi, Pi Kapp

- Beta, Phi Sig, DTD
- Phi Kappa Sigma, LXA, TKE, DY

The top row up there does want southern, the second row with chi psi, pi kapp, pike, and sigma chi don't care as much
