I'm a sophomore and just transferred in this spring, I was wondering if it is too late to rush as a junior?

It's not too late. However, you're chances of getting a bid do go down as a junior. You'll only be around another 2 years while a sorority can give a bid to a freshman and have them for 4. They may not want to waste a bid on a junior when they can get a freshman.

It would be hard. I know a junior who got a snap bid from a bottom tier sorority, but it would be really hard to make a impression on the others.
