What is this even about? Are you asking if chi o is on the rise? Yeah, they are, but hold your horses. The top tier at this school will not change for a very long time. ZTA has been falling for years and in most people's opinion should be mid tier, but isn't--yet. What ΧΩ and ΑΧΩ have succeeded in doing, though, is creating a tier to themselves that places them in a secondary top tier. So as rankings stand now:
Top Tier A: ΑΔΠ ΚΔ ΔΔΔ ΖΤΑ
Top Tier B: ΧΩ ΑΧΩ
Middle: ΔΖ ΘΜ
Bottom: ΚΚΓ ΓΦΒ ΑΓΔ

I would definitely say Chi O has risen to top tier after this last pledge class. They got a lot of top quality girls that others wanted. They were also one of the most popular houses.They have a great reputation and sisterhood. Some people just don't want to acknowledge change. I'm rerushing this year and they would be my first choice.
