I hate to admit it, but they actually got some cute ones. Not sure what the entire PC looks like but at least 10 are cute from what I saw.
Also clearly girls wanted them back since they had so many quota additions. Though it makes me wonder what other house those girls preffed...

Yes, you're correct. However the computer didn't just dump all those girls on Pi phi. No other chapter got in the 120s that I saw. My guess is that those girls who didn't land on a bid list and had to be added got their first choice despite being additions, otherwise we would have seen more even numbers.
Obviously we won't know for sure because we don't have access to that info, but there's no arguing Pi Phi landed more additions than the others.

That's not how quota additions work. QAs are girls that maximized their options but didn't end up high enough on the bid list at either option, so they're placed with one of the chapters. RFM rules vary, sometimes PNM's first choice, sometimes the smaller chapter. But they're still girls lower on the bid list.
