The important thing to remember is that this is very general and as a rushee (sorority or fraternity) remember that the "top" houses may not be the best fit you and to pick the place where you like the members. With that said here's the real rankings of both.
Sororitys:
Top Tier A: A D Pi, Tri delt
Top Tier B: KD, Chi O, ZTA
Middle: DZ, A Chi O, Phi Mu
Bottom: KKG, AGD, Gamma Phi Beta
Fraternities:
Top Tier A: Sigma Nu, Kappa Sigma, SAE
Top Tier B: Sigma Chi, Chi Psi, Pi Kapp
Middle: Pike, ATO
Bottom: Phi Sig, Beta, DTD, anyone else

I'm convinced chi os are not the only ones writing this stuff. Mostly because that would be pathetic and the girls I know in there aren't like that. So, AS A KD, let me say Chi o is actually improving really rapidly, and they're already in a secondary top tier. Some of them may be writing on here but so do girls from every other sorority, and we all know that.
