top frats on campus?

I am an incoming freshman from Wilmington and a couple of kids I know that already attend USC said SAE and Pi Kappa Phi are the best..... is this true and what other fraternities are good?

Also what are the usual price per semester for dues?

both are pretty good IMO, and prices vary for each fraternity

to all rushees, please stop asking what the best fraternities are. if you go to rush events for ones that people tell you arent good you'll be biased, and you'll also look like a tool if you're trying too hard to fit in at the so called "top tier" fraternities

bro i would say to just rush, sure both SAE and Pi Kapp are really good frats but maybe you wouldnt fit in so you never know

both got insanely nice houses, so i would say they are the top 2 frats on campus

This is the stupidest thing ive seen, the best frats dont necessarily hav the nicest houses. gv is dry anyway so you cant even party there, imo that doesnt matter at all
