Pi kapp and chi psi have the edge over everyone else in that regard because they both have a ton of mid Atlantic / DC types. Pi kapp more inside the beltway / wcac (if you know you know) types vs chi psi has kids from outside the beltway and like sterling and stuff? Idk I don't ever to to the boonies

The actual south (Richmond down) will still have the giant edge here. Beyond that, it's personal preference. I'd just rather a white dinner jacket wcac guy than some kid who grew up in a planned community in reston or manassas .

So the beltway is an interstate that circles dc and parts of maryland and virginia..how does that make someone poor if they live outside the beltway? Its a lifestyle choice between city and congestion to laidback country living "outside the beltway" the beltway has a ton of northerners working in politics outside the beltway has people that have lived their for generations.and the fact that someone from virginia is even going to a school in south carolina and paying out of state tuition or on an acedmic scholarships shows they arent poor or dumb like you paint them to be..you sound bitter bc you arent southern in anyways..your a city slicker with no charm..go home.

I get it. Then you say everyone south of richmond will fit in here..bc they are truly "southern" what makes them southern?
