definitely th top 3 but and chi o had probably historically been the worst in this category but has gone kinda dark... phi mu currently BY FAR

Um im confused i just looked at kappa and phi mu's pages individually.... kappa has three recent really good ranks and phi mu has multiple "bad" ranks calling them out on self ranking.... when none of their "good" ranks are really even that good.... I'm sorry but the more i see crap like this the more i think kappa just sits on this website

phi has bad ranks because people don't like them. They have GLOWING ranks because they self rank. either way, people are pretty extreme about it

Xo probably made up the kappa / phi mu crap so they could continue to subtlety rank themselves higher than they are. Solid 6. Kappa is even coming up on them.
