How social is SigEp? I want to join a mid or low top frat. I would say I am decently attractive( 2300 tinder matches), athletic, like to party, and want to be apart of a brotherhood. Any suggestions?

Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity  Meeting of the National Board of Directors : April 8 and 9, 2016 

Substance-Free Housing

Foundation President Hammond provided a report from the North American Interfraternity Council’s (NIC) Alcohol Commission. The Board discussed the report and how substance-free policy would best be implemented and enforced. Warren confirmed that discussions will continue and a suggested plan of action for fraternity-wide substance-free facilities adoption and budget implications will be presented at the fall meeting.

I don't understand why SAE and SN are top tier. They don't really have darties, don't have many functions and are nowhere to be seen on campus. I don't get it.
