transferring junior

Hi! I plan to transfer from a community college this fall. I really want to rush to make friends and hopefully get a bid so that i am able to adjust easily. Does my high school gpa matter? Whats the gpa i need for college to be safe and have the most options. What sororities wont consider me? which ones will? Advice?

Also forgot to add. Say I dont get into any in the fall? Is there a chance I still could in the middle of fall or spring?
