Looks good to me except I agree with the other person about KD being too high. They should be down with ZTA and XO. ADPi will be there too if they get another bad pledge class like this year and last year.

axo isn't definitively below xo, and even if they were in some people's opinion, xo and kd/zta (depending on your preference) aren't on their own level above them.
