second semester recruitment?

I'm transferring to USC in the spring semester, is it possible to join a frat in the second semester?

It's possible but it's usually if you know people in the fraternity. You could prob join one of the smaller fraternities lsig ep, delta upsilon or the new one phi kappa tau
