sig ep will be really lame for the next 2-4 years. maybe if they get their house back theyll develop sort of a lambda status, but i dont see them doing much better in the foreseeable futrue

SigEp won't get "their" GV house "back" (which they had for what, 5 months?) until they have about 100 active members. Like that's going to happen soon.

Actually, as much as current sig ep sucks, it is "their" house. unlike all three actually new to campus fears, they do own it.

They own it until SigEp can get numbers. They just extended their lease on the house until 2019. So Sig Ep won't be getting it back anytime soon.

SigEp not like they used to be (I'm talking '15/'16 classes). Lost their founding principles and now are mostly a social club of weakly-tied males. It's interesting as a senior to see the evolution of SigEp from what they used to be to what they are now.
