Alpha xi has already surpassed pi phi by leagues. Their founding class is fine af and I bet their leadership is going to be 1000x better. Sorry Pi Phi, you're designated bottom tier house now and are only going to get trolls and rejects because all of the good bottom tier girls are going to want to go alpha xi.
