gphib moving up?

Do we think Gamma Phi will ever move up? They seem to have a pretty good pledge class this year, but they don't seem to have the best reputation.

They just can't retain members, so once they fix their retention problem then they will have the chance to move up. Last spring they only had 277 members according to the FSL Greek Life Report.

I think they did better this year than in the past. Their retention problem is bad but is partially caused by sites like this and girls that are determined to keep certain sororities down.
