Zeta is in no way, shape or form associated with Sig Nu. SNU hangs out with KD the most and then ADPi and Tri-Delt a lot too

Tri-Delt, KD, ADPi, SNU, SAE and KA all hang out with each other. KA and KD stick to themselves a little more though.
Chi Psi, Pike, Pi Kapp, XO, AXO and ZTA all hang out together the most.
Pi Kapp hangs out with more DDDs and ADPis than Chi Psi. Pike hangs out with more DDDs than Chi Psi.
Everyone else is random. Also, ZTA is not associated with Sigma Nu in any way, shape or form.

Chi Psi, Pi Kapp, Pike <> ZTA, XO, AXO
middle tier with middle tier
Phi Sig, Lambda, Beta <> Phi Mu, Kappa

Don't really know anyone in the other groups. Also, these aren't really rigid guidelines. Pi Kapp hangs out with a lot of ADPis and ZTA hangs out with a lot of Phi Sigs. DDD and Kappa Sig also used to hang a lot. KD is probably the most exclusive and usually sticks with KA or SNU the most.

Beta definitely gets girls but only a few are very attractive. Many many fives and sixes. But that's to be expected because only a few Betas are attractive. Mostly you have a good pairing of unattractive ChiOs with unattractive Betas.
