for everyone claiming people are "self ranking"

Listen. We all know there are some houses that are overall better than others, which is why there are tiers. But honestly, there's no point in arguing about which house within tiers is better. For example, a lot of people are arguing about AGD/DZ. I have friends in AGD that I get along with, but I don't have any DZ friends. So to me, AGD seems better than DZ. But this is my opinion. Both are pretty similar, it's honestly just your preference. Same thing with phi mu and kappa. I know a few phi mus who have a bad reputation but the kappas I know are sweet and classy, so I would be inclined to say kappa is better than phi mu. All the rankings are just a matter of opinion honestly. If we wanted real rankings based on hard facts we would all just look at the USC report on Greek life.
