Definitely not true..your pi chi sucks. The "lower" tier sororities tend to invite more people back after round 1 to see how many girls come back and then can be more selective from then on out. All sororities make their biggest cuts before preference though. If you're invited to preference the organization is basically saying they'd give you a bid, but whether or not you get one depends on how they rank you on their bid list. Each group can only take so many girls.

That is not true. New sororities aren't allowed to cut first round because they have not been around long enough to have solid data and statistics on how many girls will want them back, not because no one wants them. All sororities are given a number they can invite back based on historical data, and guess what, a new sorority doesn't have historical data. They are allowed to make cuts in the next rounds. Please stop spreading misinformation and maybe go take a stat course.

Have you forgotten that AGD had a problem their first real recruitment because they dropped too many after round 3 and had to reinvite some of those girls to pref? Yes, new chapters can cut. Can guarantee all the lower chapters have made cuts this year.
