I am a senior in a fraternity in the GV and ive seen the ranking at usc for years but these are what most boys think. They are interchangeable within the tiers depending on who you are and what fraternity you are in, People just hang out with different people and think some are better.

ADPi - Zeta -Tridelt
(tiny gap)
KD - XO- AXO
(Small Gap)
KKG-Phi MU
(average gap)
DZ - AGD
(Massive gap need to close boys dont like them)
Pi Phi - Gamma Phi

Boys don't care enough to rank girl's sororities and they don't use words like "tiny", good try self rankers!
