I doubt any of the frats with out houses could've afforded rent on that house without increasing dues too. Pi Phi now has an expense that they've never had before... the only income for a sorority is through their members, so it makes sense that members would have to pay more in order to have a house? Idk what's disorganized about that.

Every other sorority has a house... why wouldn't Pi Phi want one too? Pi Phi's are still generally paying less to be in a sorority than others. I mean it sucks that they have to pay that much, but they'd be paying even for more if they had to get a meal plan... I think most members are probably excited to get a house!

I'm pretty sure they had like less than two months to get renovations, and housing staff all taken care of? Of course they aren't going to have a meal plan until the spring. This is so stupid

To the person who said they only had two months to get stuff together. Beta and phi sig only had a summer to move into their houses and had a meal plan and a full house also look at AGD they moved into their house no problem. The lack of alumni support and internal chapter involvement for Pi phi is sad.

How do you know what their internal chapter involvement is if you're not in the chapter? And if you are in the chapter it is very sad that you are on this website bashing your sisters, and I'm sure they would be happy to lose you if you are so upset about getting a house.

I live with a Pi Phi and I know for a fact she said that their alumni advisors as well as the alumni club have won awards... so they must not be involved at all right?
