Likely, the rush process will take place separately from formal recruitment (though I could be wrong about this). Alums/people who work for AXiD/actives from others schools will be the ones rushing the girls. It may be a little more formal (read - less chanting, probably) but there will still be invitation-only rounds and a bid day welcoming the new AXiD members :)
