. . . they won't have a charter. will be a Colony and under heavy national and university scrutiny. the rumor is they are doing another membership review prior to letting guys move back in. its going to be rough for a while.

Yeah. They're going to have to be super low key for a year or two but hopefully after that they'll get somewhat back to their old selves.
