So, I hate even asking but what is going to happen to the Sigma Chi house next year? Also wondering, when will ATO and Sig Ep get their houses back? Lastly, any word on the Kappa Sig house?
I feel so bad for y'all having to deal with this nonsense.

Apparently Pi Phi wants to build their own house (which seems will never happen, but to each their other...). But I'm pretty sure Alpha Xi Delta or Beta will take it over, but Sigma Chi would rather burn their house down than give it to beta honestly.
Alpha Gam's lease at the Sig Ep house ends Fall 2017, so if the boys don't have enough members by then, the girls keep the house.
ATO just got kicked off a second time last semester so they probably won't get it back for a long time.
Kappa Sig is keeping the house and is planning on recolonizing soon I believe? Either that or they didn't lose their charter or something - not so sure about this one.

KA managed to get through one, took a few years to get right but they are strong again.

Membership reviews are like death sentences to any fraternity or sorority. It is actually giving the chapter(s) one last chance to correct themselves. If the remaining members do not comply with the new standards, then the next direction is closure.
