If you try to say that anyone on this should be higher or lower you're probably biased or wrong. This is how it is at USC right now, everyone knows it. You can say some are on the upswing and some are declining(Beta), but this is how it is today.

Fair point, but the fact that Phi Sig has a house separates them reputation wise from beta and lambda. They are not on par with KA Chi Psi and Pi Kapp, so I put them in between.
