how real people (not greek rank) know ranks are

by:

SNU, SAE, SX (Temporarily Suspended, hopefully will maintain)
Chi Psi, KA, Pi Kapp
Phi Sig
Pike, Beta, AEPi, Lambda

After Phi Sig it's a bunch of randoms anyway. Pike might eventually get their rep back in a few years though and they got in trouble so it's a little different.

Totally agree. Would put Pike and Beta up with Phi Sig and place TKE with Lambda and AEPi however.

Phi Sig is tangibly different than Pike/Beta. They have a greek village house and many functions that are hits. Neither Pike nor Beta can claim those two statements.

Pike is irrelevant and beta is going downhill fast since they're out of the village and losing the better kids to village houses.

Phi Sig is a nono. Their parties can be fun but overall the brothers can get creepy and aren't that good looking. Functions are way under par compared to other fraternities, it just seems as though they don't have the money the others do.

Phi Sig has creepy guys with man buns and no money.

Pike is basically dead now.

Lambda is more awkward then a high school parties and you will be the only girl there.

Besides on Greek Rank Beta has zero presence and doesn't warrant discussion.

SAE, SNU, Chi Psi, KA and Pi Kapp are awesome but after them there's nothing
