Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of South Carolina Columbia - USC 4.4 Pi Phi is a sorority on the rise. It is only 4 years old and now that the original members have graduated the caliber is getting much better. The past couple pledge classes have been REALLY impressive and having a house is a huge help. Them winning Chapter of the Year is also a big step up...People are still labeling them as bottom tier but I think- especially after this past year- they are moving up. If they get a strong pledge class this fall that can be a real game changer and, frankly, move them up to mid tier. Overall, the girls I have met are sweet and smart girls. They are a real laidback sorority who love to party but are also invested in school. Of course every sorority has their problems and problematic girls but compared to a lot of the other stuff going on in sororities, Pi Phi is one of the better ones.

Pi Phi is a sorority on the rise. It is only 4 years old and now that the original members have graduated the caliber is getting much better. Of course every sorority has their problems and problematic girls but compared to a lot of the other stuff going on in sororities, Pi Phi is one of the better ones.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of South Carolina Columbia - USC 3.5 Your opinion of this sorority really just depends on who you know in here (same goes for all the sororities at usc). New so there’s definitely a mix of girls, but their PC’s have been getting noticeably better especially since they got their house.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of South Carolina Columbia - USC 2.9 According to friends currently in this chapter, there are a lot of rules and sisters narc on underage sisters drinking and send them to standards. I went to one of their functions and it was decent.. the girls were average and weren’t overly friendly or social with eachother during the dry period in the House. They at least had good food. Last thing, I heard at least 3 mention they were dropping after the semester bc they get fined like crazy... idk man

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of South Carolina Columbia - USC 2.5 Tbh the conversations I had in pi phi during fall rush weren’t horrible and I did think the girls I talked to were genuine but the problem was it was awkward. I immediately felt uncomfortable and awkward when I went into this house. It was a combination of how the party went and also how the sister who rushed me would hold the conversation. Every time I went I was constantly initiating the conversation and trying to keep it going. Not only was it awkward but I also felt like they didn’t care to continue the conversation. This is the only house I felt this way. Yes I get that conversations don’t always flow and a few pauses are bound to happen but this way like every other sentence and was with every sister. Y’all have got to be more confident and seem like you actually care because you have the potential to be a higher ranked sorority but you have horrible social skills. I’m sorry but my parties in this house felt like a year.
