Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at University of South Carolina Columbia - USC 2.9 Overrated. Come see for yourself as they are a very weird group of girls. The girls clearly self rank because Phi Mu is nowhere close to being #3 let alone top tier. If you’re a senior in high school and want to rush, stay away from here.
