Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of South Carolina Columbia - USC 5.0 top tier house. to the fraternity that posted below (aka the ONLY fraternity that posts on this website aka rhymes with classless yankees... ok it doesn't rhyme with that) there's actually probably more than one fraternity even between yall and them with them on top. kappa sigma guys wouldn't be caught dead on this website.

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of South Carolina Columbia - USC 5.0 top tier but not traditionally considered top top. I would say best house though bc they have all the qualifications of a top house but they are actually NICE decent guys

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of South Carolina Columbia - USC 5.0 don't worry, no matter what chi psi tries to say yall are not middle tier or only "slightly above" them (it would actually be above pi kapp though because they are > chi psi). my favorite house... nice guys, attractive, fun, respectful.
